Deposit nonrefundable! You only get a 10 minute grace period before getting charged $1 per minute for late fee. After 10 minutes  you have 10 minutes in total to arrive. Leaving you  20 minutes to make it to your appointment. 

No call no show, nonrefundable deposit automatically, if you can’t make it, please reschedule. 

All clients have 24 hours to reschedule with no fee. Rescheduling fee $20 after 24 hours of appointment. 

Once booked for one service, your deposit does not go towards a different service.
